How long does it take to implement and learn the model?

We need access to order data, lead times and basic parameters
We keep IT involvement to a minimum. To start, a simple data dump (approx. 20 hours of work) is enough. The targeted integration (30-60h) is implemented later, at a convenient time and without overloading the IT team — we are supported by ready-made, secure connectors.
